Refund Policy

At VroomSelect, we are committed to providing accurate information and quality products.
Due to the nature of our inventory, including vehicles and specialized parts, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in writing.
1. Vehicle Sales – No Refunds
All vehicle purchases are final and non-refundable.
Vehicles are:
- Sold as-is, unless explicitly stated otherwise
- Subject to inspection and customer verification prior to purchase
- Unique, high-value assets that cannot be returned once delivered or transferred
We strongly encourage all customers to:
- Review vehicle details carefully
- Request inspections where necessary
- Ask questions before completing a transaction
Once a vehicle is purchased or reserved, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued.
2. Deposits
Any deposit made to reserve a vehicle may be:
- Non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Applied toward the final purchase price
Failure to complete a purchase may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
3. Parts & Accessories
Due to the nature of vehicle parts and compatibility requirements:
- All parts are final sale unless defective
- Returns may be considered only for defective or incorrect items
- Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
To qualify:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled if:
- The order has not yet been processed or fulfilled
Once processing or shipment has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.
5. Exceptions
Refunds or adjustments may be issued only at our sole discretion in cases involving:
- Proven errors in listing
- Duplicate charges
- Exceptional circumstances
